By accessing or using VERZOR (verzor.nl), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VERZOR provides:

• Financial simulation tools
• Tax modeling and analysis
• Migration scenario comparison
• Real estate strategy modeling
• Monte Carlo risk simulation
• Corporate tax simulator (BV/holding structures)
• PDF report export

The Service is a financial simulation and planning tool, not professional advice.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account:

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old
• One person per account (no sharing)

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees

Pricing and Payments

• Payment processed via Stripe
• Billed monthly, cancel anytime

Pro Tier:

• €29/month — migration intelligence and jurisdiction comparison
• Payment processed via Stripe
• Billed monthly, cancel anytime

Terminal Tier:

• €39/month — full BV intelligence for DGAs and business owners with complex structures
• Payment processed via Stripe
• Billed monthly, cancel anytime

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• iDEAL (Netherlands)
• Bancontact (Belgium/Netherlands)

6.3 Cancellation

VERZOR uses monthly subscription pricing. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

6.4 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed, except in cases of billing error or technical failure on our end.

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices for new purchases at any time. Existing customers who have already purchased retain their access permanently at the price they paid.

6.6 Taxes

Prices include applicable VAT where required by law. Your invoice will show the breakdown.

Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost:

• No payment required
• No credit card required
• Basic features for evaluation
• Available indefinitely

Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use the Service for personal financial planning
• Share results with your financial advisors
• Export and save your analyses

You May Not:

• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy our algorithms
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to breach security measures

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality are owned by VERZOR:

• Software code
• Algorithms and calculations
• Design and branding
• Text and graphics

Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of:

You may not:

• Claim ownership of our IP
• Remove copyright notices
• Use our branding without permission

Data and Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy (verzor.nl/privacy).

• All financial calculations run entirely in your browser — no server processing
• We do not store, transmit, or have access to your simulation inputs
• Your wealth figures, asset allocations, and property values never leave your device
• Account data (email, subscription status) is stored securely via Clerk
• Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• We do not use AI to process your financial data

Tax Law Changes

Tax laws and regulations change frequently. Our models are updated periodically but may not reflect:

• Recent legislative changes
• Court rulings
• Policy interpretations
• Jurisdiction-specific variations

You are responsible for:

• Verifying current tax laws
• Consulting with tax professionals
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and VERZOR.
